Ptc Agreement

This broadcast user licensing agreement (“Agreement”) solution regulates your use of the solution, unless the solution includes a separate license agreement, in which case the terms of that license agreement apply. By downloading and/or using the solution, you indicate your consent to this contract, which contains the terms of a legal agreement between you and the solution provider. If you accept this agreement on behalf of a company or other corporation, you declare that you have the authority to join that entity in that agreement. If you do not have such power or if you do not agree with this Agreement, you cannot download or use the solution. The “date” of this agreement is the date you accepted this agreement. PTC may change the terms of this Agreement at any time by publishing the Updated Terms under www.ptc.com/marketplace/about/eula. This document describes the general legal conditions that apply to the acquired licence. It is referenced in the offer and you may have to accept the agreement when you install the products. For overpriced customers (i.e.

you will host the PTC products yourself, instead of hiring the TPC to host the products for you), the licensing agreement consists of four documents described below. These documents are provided for your verification, for download and printing. The support conditions for these products are defined in the end user license agreement for these products. The PTC Cloud/SaaS agreement consists of five or six documents described below, depending on whether you are in the United States or not. Note that if the offer you purchased is a cloud service offer, you must either already own the hosted licenses or purchase the licenses at the same time. The solution provider is the licensee of the solution.

The solution provider may be PTC or a third-party licensee who has agreed to use this Agreement for its solution. “Ready,” the name of products defined for working with TPC products, as described in the documentation and/or marketplace list. If you are a U.S. state unit, you agree that the solution is “commercial software” in accordance with existing federal procurement rules and that the licensing fees and trade restrictions described elsewhere are available. If you acquire the solution under a U.S. government contract, you agree to include all necessary and applicable captions with limited rights in the solution provider`s property rights protection solution in accordance with the FAR or other similar rules of other federal agencies. They agree to include such captions whenever the solution is considered deliverable or considered available under a government contract.
